Mannington Minnows

Natural History Club
The Mannington Minnows is a club for children aged 6 - 12 years interested in the countryside and nature.

The Hawks Natural History Club is a special section for the over 12s.

Members of the Mannington Minnows and The Hawks receive a monthly newsletter per family.  This includes articles on natural history, local history, art and craft ideas, quizzes and competitions.  Each member also gets a £2.00 reduction on Nature Discovery Days along with a badge and membership card, and priority booking on events.

Family Membership £20.00 (includes all children up to 16 years).                                                           Single Membership £12.00.

Nature Discovery Days are held during school holidays. Previous programmes have included: pond dipping, a spider day, birds of prey, bats, practical conservation, and games and crafts with visiting specialists.

Members have the opportunity for priority booking on these popular days.

Easter Holidays Children's Activities at Mannington

Thursday the 31st of March and
Tuesday the 5th of April

£12 Member / £15 non Member
10.00am till 3.00pm for all ages -
with special sections for older and younger members.

We will be out and about at Mannington gardens and countryside looking at wildlife,
with the usual mix of fun and games, and nature quizzes too.

Our Nature Discovery Days are fun and exciting while also learning about wildlife and the environment.

Please note:  Please bring a packed lunch and suitable outdoor clothing. Booking is essential. Suitable for 6-14 year olds.
